The other sections, such as Subjective, Assessment, and Objective, serve different purposes: Subjective captures the patient's personal statements about their symptoms and feelings, Objective records measurable data observed during the examination, and Assessment provides a diagnosis or evaluation based on the subjective and objective information. Each section contributes to a comprehensive overview of the patient's status, but the treatment plans specifically belong to the Plan section.
